Render Error Window.
Just installed 18.04.1 on Windows 10 (v1803, 17134.228) and cannot render
anything.
Went to render from a previous project with the default Mp4 settings and
receive the following error:

platform plugin "windows" in "".
Available plugins are: minimal, offset, windows.
Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.
