Steps:
1. Open Kickoff.
2. Try to move items in Favorites section with touch screen.
Actual:
1. If cursor is located under Kickoff menu it transforms into denied type.
2. Items aren't draggable.
3. Current location of finger on the touch screen is registered by selection of
favorites items in the menu (with some delay).
