There already is: Shift+Cursor left, Shift+Cursor right

They are mentioned in the handbook:

And they are "documented" and configurable in Konsole's "Configure
Shortcuts..." dialog ("Next tab", "Previous tab"), reachable via the "Settings"
menu like in every other KDE application.
You can change the shortcuts to whatever you want.
You can also set up shortcuts to switch to a specific tab ("Switch to tab X").
