Reproducible both in Wayland and X11
1. Open Kickoff.
2. Place mouse cursor near avatar link.
3. Slowly move cursor on and off the avatar and watch the cursor.
Actual:
For a split second between regular and hand type cursor unwanted cursor frames
appear - looks like a little bit to the right side.
