With R select and ability to select multiple layers with control key, it would
be great if we had ability to transform those multiple selected layer, Now we
group those layer and do transformation on the group, but it becomes cumbersome
if the layer order matters.
We already have the ability to move multiple selected layers, allowing
transform would allow greater flexibility.
