When using print creator, setting margins in the "page properties" dialog in
the page layout widget is not applied to neither pdf or printer output. Pdfs
always have no margins, except if photo is not cropped, printer have the
printers minimal margin if borderless is not enabled.
Margins are correctly shown as set in the dialog show when pressing
"properties" in the dialog appearing in the final "render printing" step of the
wizard.
The tool is missing a proper page preview, it is not possible to see margins in
the current preview either.
My printer is a Epson Stylus 1500W, with epson drivers (but as said, the
problem also exist when printing to pdf).
