Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run "kcmshell5 systemd"
2. Make sure the window is not maximized. If it is, please "restore" it to
non-maximized state.
3. Use Plasma taskbar to minimize the window (just click on the taskbar item).
4. Use Plasma taskbar item's context menu to maximize the window.
Actual Results:
Window is maximized, but its content is not: for example the list of systemd
unit does not fill the whole window.
Expected Results:
The content of systemd KCM window should be correctly resized to follow the
window size.
