All operations are process in decompresse data and this is the expected behavior. And in this case, you use the JPEG compression level set in editor. Use Batch Queue Manager to process a lossless rotation of jpeg without decompression and re-compression process. You can also rotate or flip directly in Album view using Item Menu option.
