For some reason icons on the left side become bigger when I set a custom icon
theme and consequently a vertical scroll bar appears. Watch the screencast
recorded on neon dev unstable please.
Reproducible with the following Icon themes, all installed from KDE store:
papirus
newaita
flat remix light
