STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. insert and audio cd into your optical device and wait your system to
recognize it
2. cick device notifier in the system tray, choose "Open with file manager"
action

OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma shows a notification, see my screenshot. Such notitication is
inconsistent (it's not shown when I open the audio cd directly in Dophin), it's
not user-friendly (weird "audiocd:/?device=..." term) and unnecessary. Also
redundant "Open" button.
EXPECTED RESULT
plasma should not show such notification
