kdesignerplugin: Plugin to load KDE widgets into QtDesigner - so I think, this
is used by developers only.
But it is required for kdelibs4support.
Since Qt 5.6, unable to compile the kdesignerplugin, because it depends on the
removed qtwebkit via kdewebkit.
But the kdesignerplugin is really needed for all kde users?
