STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select no image
2. Select "descriptions" sidebar (containing description, tags, information
tabs)
3. Try to change tabs
OBSERVED RESULT
The whole sidebar is disabled (not usable)
EXPECTED RESULT
It should be possible to at least change tabs, enter tag keywords, and create
new tags or delete tags. Same for "Metadata" and "Colors" tab, the map (should
be movable and zoomable). All those actions do not depend on a specific image.
This is an old issue, it was already present in the 4.x series.
