SUMMARY
Can not upgrade via neon-preview-upgrade. I saw notification about available
upgrade, trying click upgrade button and notification bar icon, but nothing
happerns. But, after I launched neon-preview-upgrade from terminal, upgrade
process started normally
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click "upgrade" button from notification or
2. Click upgrade notification icon itself
OBSERVED RESULT
Upgrade process started

Noting happens
