SUMMARY
any double-width (or extended-width) character get cut-off insted of overlap
after version 18.04.3 of konsole.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Print any extended-width character ( like icons )

OBSERVED RESULT
the character get cut in half
EXPECTED RESULT
the character should be visible fully (should overlap instead of cut off)
