Screenshot of problem. Here, Application Menu has been tiled to the left.
When the Application Launcher, Krunner or any other panel widget such as
notifications is open, the Quick Tile shortcuts affect it.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Application Launcher, Krunner or any other panel widget.
2. Use Quick Tile shortcut when widget is focused.
3. The widget will be affected.
OBSERVED RESULT: Widgets are not ignored, but instead affected by tiling
shortcuts.
EXPECTED RESULT: Widgets should be ignored.
