SUMMARY
A webbrowser should only reload a webbage when requested to do so. Switching
between tabs in falkon reloads the tab.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open several tabs
2. Wait a short while
3. Switch between tabs
4. Browser will reload the tab.
OBSERVED RESULT
Browser will reload the tab.
EXPECTED RESULT
Tab should stay exactly as it was.
