SUMMARY
I suggest we include kcm-wacomtablet by default in System Settings. Because
right now, it is very difficult for a new user to figure out what to do to make
their graphics tablet work.
Suggestions:
1) We include kcm-wacomtablet by default in System Settings
2) We tell distros that it depends on xf86-input-wacom and libwacom
3) If (1) and (2) are not feasible, keep "Graphics" page visible even when
kcm-wacomtablet is absent, with instructions about installing kcm-wacomtablet
can enable this page.
By doing only point (3) below we can greatly improve the learning curve for our
new users.
