I now often find that the panel disappears altogether for a while and reappears after a week. Also from the culture I prefer this community. Compare to a similarly long-lasting bug in GNOME's Nautilus file manager (https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=758065) where frustrated comments just got deleted and the GNOME developers appeared unfriendly to me. Is there something that we could do to make fixing this bug easier and faster for the developers?
