Reproducible when kickoff is used.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open konsole under Wayland session
2. drag some icon from the favorites list to konsole
3. mouseover kickoff icon, some widget or some entry in the task manager
OBSERVED RESULT
tooltip appears and cursor changes to a hand shaped cursor
EXPECTED RESULT
cursor does not change when the tooltip appears
