But KDE Plasma can detect if a borderless window is a Plasma window (such as
application launcher or notification). Thus, if a borderless window appears and
IS a plasma window then KDE Plasma does NOT have to apply this fix. If however
a borderless window appears and is NOT a plasma window then KDE Plasma can
apply this fix.
If a borderless window is created then
If the borderless window is a Plasma window then
Do nothing
Else
Execute Alt+F3 on the window (but don’t show the menu on the
GUI)
Enter sub-menu Activities
Select the current Activity
