SUMMARY
icon theme is newaita, installed from kde store.
It happens only under Wayland.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start Wayland session
2. press printscreen key
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
a message containing a huge icon shows up. See the screenshot.

normal icon size

Also reproducible on neon dev unstable.
Cannot reproduce when icon theme is breeze or breeze dark.
