STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set at least two keyboard layouts in system settings > input devices >
keyboard > "Layouts" tab
2. toggle between the layouts by clicking the icon in the system tray (OSD
shows up)
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
icon size in the OSD changes according to selected keyboard layout.

EXPECTED RESULT
icon size should always be the same.
