SUMMARY
When searching for a file in Dolphin it lists the files and when deleting the
files they are still showing even though deleted.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Search for file in File Manager (Dolphin)
2.Delete results
3. Results even though deleted are still showing
OBSERVED RESULT
Deleted files still showing
EXPECTED RESULT
Deleted files should not appear anymore in search once deleted
