"Delay" and "On Click" options are used to determine when Spectacle should
take the screenshot.
In the "Rectangular Region" mode the screenshots are always taken by double
click
or by pressing the Enter key. Therefore, "Delay" and "On click" options are
unnecessary and should be ignored in "Rectangular Region" mode.
The "Rectangular region" mode should be activated immediately when "Take a new
screenshot" button is clicked.
