SUMMARY
When changing categories (e.g., File, Edit, View) or subcategories, the
titlebar appmenu will sometimes close itself.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open titlebar appmenu
2. Attempt to move the mouse cursor through each category
OBSERVED RESULT
The titlebar appmenu will eventually close itself
EXPECTED RESULT
The appmenu should stay open until I click away from it or click on the
titlebar appmenu button

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I don't think this problem happens to the global menu widget.
