STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start VLC through Application Launcher or KRunner.
2. Open any media file with previously opened VLC player.
OBSERVED RESULT
No media player tray icon appearing in panel - it's located in hidden icons
(not tray icon of VLC player itself but Plasma media player tray icon).
