Clicking the Create entry or the + button does nothing. Accounts cannot be
added for this reason, making the application unusable.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Configure Desktop -> Online accounts.
2. Click the Create entry or the + button.
Actual Results:
Nothing happens, the buttons are clicked in vain.
Expected Results:
A menu for configuring the new account should pop up!
