After upgradng to 16.04 (from 15.10), I've had to logout in order to "reboot"
plasmashell once or twice. The problem is that logging out appears to reboot
the system.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Logout
Actual Results:
Reboots system rather logging out.
