Files and folders that start with capital letters are sorted first. I want an
option to toggle it off. I remember earlier versions of Dolphin did not exhibit
this behaviour. It may or may not be related to this bug

1. Choose sort by name in view properties

Actual Results:
Files that start with capital letters are sorted first.
Expected Results:
Files are sorted case insensitive.
