I cannot reproduce this issue with Konsole 18.08.2. I changed my font to
"Courier" in a new profile, entered a few common commands and closed Konsole
via the "X" button. When restarting Konsole, the font was still "Courier". Do
you still experience this bug with a newer version of Konsole?
