Summary: Plasma-nm applet does not reflect airplane mode
properly after I turn on it twice

SUMMARY
My wi-fi connection is stabilished automatically after I start plasma.
My settings:
hidden network
non-encrypted password

Watch the screencast please.
I click the checkbox to enable the airplaine mode,
it works as expected: all wi-fi connections are disabled, wi-fi checkbox
is also disabled, wi-fi icon changes to a greyed out icon with a diagonal red
line.
Now uncheck the airplane mode checkbox: all wi-fi connections are listed again,
as expected.
Enable airplane mode again. Now wi-fi icon is incorrect, the checkbox
to enable the wi-fi adapter is enabled and plasma-nm has no icon in the system
tray.
Now click the checkbox to enable the wi-fi adapter: plasma-nm applet lists all
wi-fi connections active/available and wi-fi icon reappears in the system tray
despite both icons and both checkboxes in the header of the applet indicate
that the airplane mode is enabled.

Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20181029

Qt Version: 5.11.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.52.0
Kernel Version: 4.18.15-1-default
