Discover with a package's details open and the sort options missing
SUMMARY
When the app details view/sidebar is open, the sort options disappear.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discover
3. Click on any package
OBSERVED RESULT
The sort options disappear
EXPECTED RESULT
The sort options should just move to the left instead of disappearing entirely.
SOFTWARE VERSIONS
Operating System: Kubuntu 18.10
KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.51.0
Qt Version: 5.11.1
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This seems to be an issue with the framework that displays this sidebar as it
affects the update buttons in the update view too. If you click on an update in
the update view, the update button disappears and there is no way to get it
back.
