STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. search for "boot splash" kcm in the apps launcher and open it
2. select some of these themes: text, tribar or ubuntu-text
3. click "ok" button and enter your password to apply the selected theme,
reboot
OBSERVED RESULT
system shows breeze theme during boot instead the selected theme
EXPECTED RESULT
selected theme is shown during boot
