STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have a zip file divided into multiple parts (file.zip.001, file.zip.002,
etc) located in a NTFS partition
2. open dolphin, right click the first part of the zip file
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
"Extract" entry is missing from the context menu
EXPECTED RESULT
"Extract" entry with its extraction options is available

Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.2
Qt Version: 5.12.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.51.0
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
"Extract" entry is available when the same files are located in my home (ext4)
and when I right click a zip file NOT divided into multiple parts located in a
ntfs partition.
