For some reason cursor thumbnails were disabled from Dolphin's default
thumbnails. I find it weird since KDE4 came with cursors enabled by default.
Could it be because KDE moved from X-Window to Wayland?
Having the cursor thumbnails enabled, helps people learn what images are used
for each cursor action in case they might want to design their own cursors
without running into technical problems.
