Issue example
100% opacity does not make panel opaque.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make panel not solid
2. Make panel opacity 100%
3. Make windows go below the pane.
OBSERVED RESULT
Screenshot attached. You can see a second firefox icon behind one that is fully
visible. Fully visible icon is a plasmoid in the panel while barely visible
icon comes from window titlebar.
EXPECTED RESULT
Icon from window titlebar which is behind the panel should not be visible.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Distribution: Archlinux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.3
KDE Frameworks 5.51.0
Qt 5.11.2 (built against 5.11.2)
P.S. I am aware of "solid" option, but it creates ugly border at the bottom so
i am not using it.
