SUMMARY
The border on the images in the Edit Map dialog resizes with the dialog instead
of staying the same size as the image.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Edit -> Edit Map
2. Resize dialog
OBSERVED RESULT
Image border is resized.
EXPECTED RESULT
Image border stays same size as image.
Image is centred within its area.
