SUMMARY
The size of the locked sidebar panes is not fix (even if locked). Compare
attached screens (especially places & preview pane height).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use the complete sidebar hight (e.g. show places, folders & preview pane)
2. Resize the preview pane hight as small as possible
3. Lock sidebar
4. Preview some videos (mouse over video thumbs)
OBSERVED RESULT
Sidebar pane heights change.
EXPECTED RESULT
Sidebar is locked & keeps the size of the panes.
