SUMMARY
When setting System Settings > Desktop Behavior > Workspace > Show
informational tips to off, kwin still shows tooltips when hovering the titlebar
controls.
Tried with the default breeze decoration.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change System Settings > Desktop Behavior > Workspace > Show informational
tips to off
2. Hover some control on the window toolbar
OBSERVED RESULT
The titlebar controls are still showing tooltips
EXPECTED RESULT
No tooltips shown, like every other widget
