In the latest git master build all my previous configurations of the tool bar
are lost. I had kept extra brush slider ( flow) and also quick launches for
G'MIC , color to alpha etc. all of these are lost in this build and when i try
to bring them back from configure toolbar option the dialog box is empty there
are no items in it to put on the other side.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open krita
2.go to settings configure tool bar
3.the dialog will not have anything
