Only the area where cursor is, is very slow
Very likely related to number of themes or computer speed

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
By responding very slowly I mean, It takes one or two seconds to see a reaction
after moving mouse inside the list (blue highlight), or the list moving after
scrolling with mousewheel
