SUMMARY
Starting kdevelop wiuthout clearing the cache lead to a partial semantic
analysis: a lot of symbols are undefined and cannot be autocompleted.
This is not the case if the cache is cleared by launching kdevelop with
CLEAR_DUCHAIN_DIR=1
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start kdevelop with a clear cache
2. Stop kdevelop
3. Start kdevelop normally
OBSERVED RESULT
Semantic analysis incomplete and incoherent with a clear cache startup.
EXPECTED RESULT
Semantic analysis identical to a clear cache startup.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Debian testing 4.18.0-2-amd64 (but was the same on Debian
stable - stretch)
