The cursor KCM only affects cursors in KDE apps. If you forget to change the
cursor in the GTK KCM, you'll be left with different cursors in GTK apps, which
is a pain in the butt, and it's not at all obvious why this is for new users.
Changing the cursor theme in the cursors KCM should apply the equivalent GTK
corsor theme too, if present.
