STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Discover.
2. Open 'Plasma Addons' page.
3. Without waiting for addons to load - scroll the page by dragging it's
scrollbar - multiple drags of scrollbar maybe needed.
OBSERVED RESULT
Discover window hangs
EXPECTED RESULT
Normal scrolling of Plasma addons page without hangs
