SUMMARY
Add button to manual start app in KCM autostart.
Sometimes I need to restart Dropbox that was autostarted by Plasma. To do that
I can kill it from the process list and then run by hand, but it would be handy
to have a button to re-run the app from the "Autostart" KCM.
