STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn off internet connection.
2. Crash some app.
3. Launch DrKonqi.
4. Go to page with debug symbols installation button.
5. Click on debug symbols installation button.
EXPECTED RESULT
Instant appearance of relevant error message about inability to install symbols
