Bug ID: 401687 Summary: kmail doesn't send queued messages Product: kmail2 Version: 5.9.2 Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: commands and actions Assignee: kdepim-b...@kde.org Reporter: hi-an...@yandex.ru Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY I recently configured two mail accounts, and even somehow managed to send one mail; but then kmail started silently piling up the mails in outbox. Pressing "send queued messages" doesn't do anything. Usually there's no error, it just sits there, for now reason. I managed to reproduce it from two PCs, and on one of them I've seen for some time an error "Failed to transport message. Server error". Uninformative, but at least something. But later then I removed all accounts from kmail, and recreated just one, and this time it's doesn't even show an error. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Setup a mail account from yandex.ru 2. Send a mail yourself OBSERVED RESULT Mail being moved to "Local Folders/Outbox" without any error message. EXPECTED RESULT Mail sent. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Archlinux, i3wm, don't use Plasma. KDE Frameworks Version: 5.52.0 Qt Version: 5.11.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION It's kmail 5.9.3, for some reason it's not listed in versions. I'm not sure what other information I may need to supply. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
