You have a lot of collections the referring to JPEG files. This is not really possible, because only directories can be selected in the dialog for adding a collection. Your digikam4.db may be damaged and can not be repaired. Create a backup of the digikam4.db. Go into the settings of digikam and under collection remove all entries referring to a *.jpg file.
