SUMMARY
When confirmation dialogs (that create sounds) pop up, a notification from
"Multimedia System" pops up saying "Switching to the audio playback device
<whichever output is set to default when this happens> which has higher
preference or is specifically configured for this stream.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin and select a file/folder
2. `Shift`+`Delete`
3. Confirmation dialog appears

OBSERVED RESULT
When the confirmation dialog appears, it triggers something related to output
switching and a notification says it's switching the playback device back to
the default/priority device.

EXPECTED RESULT
Confirmation dialogs (make noise) appear, sound plays, but nothing happens
other than that. Notifications about audio device switching aren't present.
