You have enabled the option "Ignore images" on the General settings page of
Klipper, right?
If you disable "Ignore images" the option "quit after save or copy" makes
sense.

Spectacle should not offer the option "quit after save or copy" or have the
button "Copy to Clipboard" and even report "The screenshot has been copied to
the clipboard." if Klipper ignores images.
